Every inquiry is handles with individuality. Our expert counselors will evaluate the situation and nature of each call in order to customize and to tailor fit the assistance that is needed in each scenario. On a one to one basis, our trained staff will assess the circumstances and offer the services and resources that he or she may benefit from. In certain situations where the illness or condition is ongoing or chronic we offer case management. An experienced case manager is then assigned to the family who is closely knowledgeable of their case and will avail themselves to the family and caregivers whenever needed. The case manager will guide, arrange and follow up as necessary.
