From treatments to second opinions, from immediate appointments to hospital transfers, our patients are never alone. We hold our patient's hands through every single step of the way.
How can we help you?
First thing's first, our intake coordinators listen to the caller. Whether they need a guiding hand, opinion, or advice, first we listen. Then we route them to the caseworker who is experienced in this medical area.
Steps in the right direction
From there, a dedicated caseworker guides the patient toward the right specialists. Our support staff handles all logistics, and works with the doctors, hospital teams and insurance to expedite all parts of the process.
